Another Land Coffee Pop Up!

We are back with another pop up and this time we're coming back to North York! Together with Another Land Coffee and Chachalate, we will have coffee, Bakerrae treats and lots of chocolate. 

Our Balikbayan box will include the following:

Ube Coco-Knots - Ube milk bread knots filled and topped with homemade ube halaya (jam) and coconut flakes.

Mango-Calamansi Pavlova - Crunchy and soft pavlova filled with mango-calamansi curd, topped with fresh mango slices and a sprig of mint for garnish.

Mushroom Adobo Brioche Buns - Brioche bun made with Tangzhong, that is topped with whipped roasted garlic ricotta, mushroom adobo, shredded asiago cheese, crispy garlic chips, and fresh green onions.

Ube Coconut Basque Cheesecake Slice - Sweet (but not too sweet) and delicate Filipino Ube (purple sweet potato) infused in a rich coconut cream to make a smooth and creamy basque cheesecake.

Chachalate Mochi Brownies - Brownies made with single origin dark chocolate and sweet glutinous rice flour for a nice chewy texture.
