Mother's Day Special Basque

Life looks a little different for us now, but one thing that hasn’t changed is my mom’s resilience. The healing journey hasn’t been easy, but she’s finally starting to live the life she lost for so many years. She inspires me to never give up, even when things get tough — and somehow still finds joy in the little things, like folding boxes for me. I celebrate her this Mother’s Day, but honestly, I celebrate her every day because she deserves it. 

We’re dedicating this drop to her which features all her favourite things:

Ube Coconut Basque Cheesecake - This is her favourite thing on my menu! Not only does she love anything cheese, but she gives it the “not too sweet” approval. 

Tiramisu Basque Cheesecake - Her second favourite dessert is tiramisu and requests it every birthday or any celebration for that matter. 

Mango Float Basque Cheesecake – She lovesssss mangoes! She ate a lot of them when she was pregnant with me so it is easily also my favourite fruit 🙊

Each Mother’s Day Balikbayan Box includes 2 of each flavour — Ube Coconut, Tiramisu, and Mango Float Basque Cheesecake — so you and your mom can enjoy a little bit of everything.
