Choco Pie

Chocolate croissant pie crust, dark chocolate ganache, light dark chocolate mousse, torched Italian meringue, and cocoa dust, all using Chachalate.

Spiced Ube Kalabasa Pie

Butter croissant pie crust with a layer of housemade ube halaya (ube jam) and spiced roasted kalabasa (tagalog word for squash!), topped with whipped mascarpone cream and ube powder.
