Bakerrae at Tiny's General!
Bakerrae at Tiny's General!
This isn't a tiny popup! It's a Tiny General's popup ;)
Come enjoy some Bakerrae treats, shop some really cool stuff from local makers (curated by Chrys herself!) and spend this nice Saturday with us!
We are dropping some new experiments but also bringing back some classics/favourites. We hope to see you!
Ube Cococnut Brioche Buns - Ube brioche filled with homemade ube halaya (jam) and coconut flakes, twiced bake with an ube custard for that extra softness!
Mango-Calamansi Pavlova - Crunchy and soft pavlova filled with mango-calamansi curd, topped with fresh mango slices and a sprig of mint for garnish.
Mushroom Adobo Brioche Buns - Brioche bun made with Tangzhong, that is topped with whipped roasted garlic ricotta, mushroom adobo, shredded asiago cheese, crispy garlic chips, and fresh green onions.
Ube Coconut Basque Cheesecake Slice - Ube and coconut are staple dessert flavours in both Hawaii and Philippines so of course we had to include our Ube coconut basque! Sweet (but not too sweet) and delicate Filipino Ube (purple sweet potato) infused in a rich coconut cream to make a smooth and creamy basque cheesecake.

Toronto's food scene is seeing many pandemic pivots, but Bakerrae aims to explore new ground: you won't find anyone else topping croissant-like pastries with calamansi curd or caramelized onions in soy sauce anywhere else.
