Our menu for our market will include some of our customer favourites!
Mushroom Adobo Bun - The softest milk brioche bun bun made with Tangzhong, that is topped with whipped roasted garlic ricotta, mushroom adobo, shredded asiago cheese, crispy garlic chips, and fresh green onions.
Mango Sago Choux - Cream puff filled with coconut whipped cream folded with mini sago and mango curd, topped with more fresh coconut cream and fresh mangoes.
Adobo Cookies - This was inspired by Abi Balingitns cookbook! Bay leaves are infused in the browned butter, soy sauce and vinegar are added for that umami flavour, Chachalate chocolate chunks are mixed in for that sweetness, and topped off with pink peppercorns. The perfect not too sweet and salty cookie.
Filipino Onion Galette - Buttery and flakey galettes topped with gruyere cheese, caramelized onions in soy sauce and calamansi juice garnished with fresh chives.
Ube Coconut Basque - Sweet (but not too sweet) and delicate Filipino Ube (purple sweet potato) infused in a rich coconut cream to make a smooth and creamy basque cheesecake.
